A wide variety of services such as shuttles, tour buses, motor coaches, limousines and taxis can be found on the arrivals level of the Calgary International Airport, while rental car services can be found across from the departures level. Calgary Transit Route 300 provides a link between the city center and Calgary International Airport, operating every 30 minutes between 5 a.m. and midnight. Calgary Transit Bus #57 (arrivals level, bay 20) also provides service from the airport to the closest C-Train Station (Whitehorn), which can be taken to downtown properties.
Calgary Transit connects Calgary’s communities through bus and C-Train service. The C-Train (the ‘C’ stands for Calgary) has 45 stations and is the only emissions-free, wind-powered public transit operation in North America. The C-Train offers a fare free downtown, where commuters may hop on and off the train along 7th Avenue. Connecting conference delegates to Calgary’s destinations, the C-Train conveniently connects to the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre, Stampede Park and all quadrants of the city. Taxi stands are located at the airport and most hotels. Connecting from the Airport to downtown will take approximately 25 minutes with a $40.00 - $45.00 CAD fare. Trips within downtown are typically under $7.00 CAD.
